Is it genuinely pig fat? Because while it's fun in concept... the environmental impact of farming enough pigs to power the number of flights dotting around the globe daily would be astronomical. Probably bigger that the current aviation emissions . Much like "clean" electric cars and the great honking filthy impact of battery industry/manufacture .

I know that all the top restaurants and Harry Ramsdens all use lard .. so I went with that .

tbf wind farms themselves work fine it's clean, renewable (non-chemical battery) power storage they need to work on. Gravity batteries, pumped hydro etc.

Otherwise you'll never get the consistent output needed from 100% green sources.
