If there was concrete evidence of Trump leading the insurrection he would already be locked up. The point is, that 3 years on, he is still a free man. All the dems may be adamant that he led an insurrection, but the reality is that he is allowed free speech and also to talk complete bollocks if he wants to and proving beyond reasonable doubt that he led an insurrection is all but impossible

He didn't lead it he just subtly encouraged the gathering and then took his time discouraging it once it started to get clearly out of hand. He knew exactly what he was doing and how far he could push it without it being legally considered incitement.

There is the option of understanding that every last one of them is corrupt to the core and not trusting any one of them.
