If someone gets the death sentence for killing just one person, I think that’s super extreme. I’m talking about serial killers and pedophiles.

Also it shouldn’t take decades to do the actual death penalty… why keep them alive for so long.

And yeah obvs it has to be 100% guaranteed that the person did it
…that’s the flaw with the death penalty that some states of the US still implement, though…there are all of the appeals to be exhausted first and each appeals process can take many, many years …so effectively it’s a death sentence after serving a life sentence of 25yrs so of imprisonment…it makes no sense…
