I've tried fasting but i can't handle it, puts me in such an irritable mood and makes me feel like crap. I eat 3 times a day, always a huge protein packed breakfast, light ish lunch, the a fairly big dinner. Some days i eat healthier than others. I always like to have a 6-pack over the summer months so this is around the time i started being a lot more sensible with food. Avoiding the crisps aisle, especially Pringles, can be a struggle.
