There was one thing that bothered me a little bit about S2 though

it felt a little anti Irish, there was the IRA woman in it, then Marion was abused by I assume her Irish dad in Cork and then when Cassie went to Scotland to find out about Colins abuser there was an Irish flag up (not the tricolour but green and white with the shamrock)in the community centre where he used to go to

…when you have time, give the series a little look, Mock…I think you’ll like it…it’s very good at drawing threads together but also at creating different possibilities and scenarios as well…

…I didn’t notice the flag but, that was very observant…but obviously there was that Irish connection in general with Marion…I didn’t feel any anti Irish aspect to it other than displaying what had been mentioned another aspect of ‘…of its time…’…David Walker’s association and connection with the Tory party was trying to be established in terms of motive…and yeah, the thing that there was a connection with Marion and the IRA woman in her past….that was being thrown in as a ‘red herring’ for us, I think….but something that would have been very much looked at in the past, wouldn’t it…the way that I took it in the mention of the Guildford Four was almost kind of ….oh look at back in the day and of that time, how there was that ‘anti Irish’ thing of not looking at some things closely enough and guilt by any association that could be completely innocent…which it was with Marion…

Well I know that I like the Theme Tune.

So it's off to a good start in that sense.

…a bit of a personal/pointless thing about the theme tune…is that when I first became aware of the artists, Oh Wonder…?…it was through a work colleague who praised how amazing they were and then sent me an email with some of their songs linked…they were/are good friends of her daughter…so she had come to know them through her and been to a few of their private gigs in London…anyways, I’m pretty sure that All We Do, the theme tune…?…was one of the songs that she sent me around a decade or so ago/the first time I heard it…and they’re artists that I’ve watched since then…

The Guildford four part annoyed me too actually, they were very disapproving that Marion was in a protest march about the Guilford four and I was thinking, the Guilford 4 were innocent, they were treated appallingly by the British Police and framed just because they were Irish and they wanted to lock someone up but these current Police force are looking down their noses at someone who spoke up about the injustice against them? It's the Police who should have been ashamed of that actually.

I couldn't get in to Ripley at all, i think the pacing of the show is all wrong
