Default Dustmen afraid of Big Rats in the UK

BBC News Text:
[The warning of "Ratzilla".
According to the paper,
"binmen and binmenesses"
are coming into contact with rats
the size of cats.
The paper doesn't elaborate more
on the front page, but it does feature
the images of some scared looking cats
hiding from a giant rat.]

It's due to how much waste are in our Bins.

And yes I realize how I sound like one of those Environmental Advertisements, I do apologize.

That's part of the problem I'd say

Then once building starts somewhere that hasn't been touched for often decades.
The rats are then disturbed and move on to other areas.

….the bin collection being less as Arista said is a factor, I would say…but it’s also an indication of how huge our food wastage is…I mean, we have food banks to provide for a shortage of food for some…and then we have giant rats because of huge food wastage…?…it’s completely crazy when we think about it…

I’m sure some in this country would love to eat them
When my. Brother worked as a butcher he was alway being asked could he get bush meat.

Basically an animal cooked or still being intact so it can told be cooked with all its organs still in.

I thought they always gutted animals and fish before cooking / preparing to remove the bladder/bowels ( and their contents ) - hygiene

Yes
we need inhouse
Food Compactor
That converts all the Food into energy for your home.
Crushes it down
makes it into an energy brick

Then the Fat Rats will die off.

Time to wring out the peppermint essential oil. Rats hate t’smell o. that. We’re all capable of doing our bit in sending rats and mice back to sender and away from humans.
