13 year old children are not "evil"
 and shouldn't be locked up for life for a violent outburst. I personally hope someone is looking into the circumstances that have led to this because I would imagine they are not good. Teenagers don't end up this sort of violent at random. I'm glad no one was more seriously hurt and I hope this child gets the help they need also.
