They openly used large doses of morphine and Midazolam in our care homes during the pandemic. Anyone medically trained and issuing these amounts will have been aware that this would kill those they injected.
Just to be clear, Midazolam produces respiratory problems and therefore should not be used on people with Covid.

Investigations are ongoing.
