I don't eat Spanish stuff personally.

Just testing if Any of you were from Yorkshire….or even Lancashire.
Spanish is indeed liquorice up here where we live, in Lancashire it used to refer to the liquorice root sticks.
Maybe not used by the younger generations now though.

……Mr Ammi is a Yorkshire guy so I married into Yorkshire as it were……but we had it in Northumberland and the North East as well, it’s something I loved and recall in childhood…I wonder if Yorkshire stole it from us……
