There isn't a shortage of physical homes, there's a shortage of affordable accommodation because like everywhere else rental process are going through the roof. It's an economic problem not a resources problem... until that's tackled, there is no solution. Honestly just glad that we're in the position/process of buying property now, because I would not want to be a renter in the UK in 5+ years time. It's only going to get worse.

Exclamation never vote for the lunatic Greens

Scottish Greens expel 13 members for declaring that ‘sex is a biological reality’

Robin Harper, the party’s first parliamentarian, calls decision ‘utterly laughable’
and urges vote of no confidence in leadership

A former leader of the Scottish Greens has called for his successors to be
ousted after party activists were expelled for declaring that “sex is a
biological reality”.

The party has kicked out 13 members who signed a declaration stating that
biological women were entitled to sex-based rights and protections, and
expressing concern that gender critical views were being “silenced”.

The Greens decided that they posed a risk to the “safety of all trans and non-
binary members”. In 2018, the party adopted a rule that said “trans-
exclusionary individuals of any kind are not welcome as members”.

The eight-point declaration said “sex is a biological reality” and asserted that
women have a right to maintain the sex-based protections enshrined in the
Equality Act.

It declared that “women and girls have the right to discuss policies which
affect them without being abused, harassed or intimidated” and that lesbians
were “women who are same-sex attracted”.

Some trans activists claim that it is transphobic for a lesbian biological
woman to not want to enter relationships with men who identify as women.

Scottish Conservatives
@scotTories
·
In key seats across Scotland at the General Election, it's a straight fight between the
@scotTories
and the SNP.

On July 4, lets vote together to beat the SNP and get the focus back on your real priorities.

Any activist saying that is a ****ed up individual imo.

You can't force people to be attracted to a type of person if they're just not attracted to it, I still can't believe that there are some people that don't understand this in the 21st century.

Open 'swift' probe into Douglas Ross expenses, SNP urge watchdogs

THE SNP have written to two Westminster watchdogs calling for an investigation
to be opened into embattled Scottish Tory leader Douglas Ross.

"The Sunday Mail reports, ‘his team identified the 28 [claims] where he wrongly
used parliamentary-funded travel to facilitate ref work’, including ‘multiple
cases where Ross had combined parliamentary travel with linesman work or
claims for parking while refereeing on expenses’. These claims were allegedly
‘hushed up by worried aides’.
