They are grossly understaffed, underpaid, not respected and when they do actually catch criminals the justice system is not fit for purpose ( plus far too lenient)

the day they stopped the "only 6 foot tall or over" rule and started giving badges to 5 foot six men and tiny women was the day no one had any respect

now they are a laughing stock
