i mean Pegula missed Roland Garros this year due to recovering from a injury but that is easily understandable, someone who works really hard on both singles AND doubles, now a top ranked player at both
Swiatek not doing well at wimbledon is simple: because her grass game ain't perfect yet, while she is the queen of clay, and quite solid at hard court, and i don't blame her for skipping grass preparations not doing any tournaments before wimbledon because i mean not like your game is going to improve after just a few tournaments to prepare

she needs to invest some of her prize money into acquiring a grass court at her home (like how Pegula has her own clay and hard court at her mansion in florida)
