Maybe there should be some type of boot camp / gruelling community service for the fraudsters and thieves , this includes the ones who break into people's houses aswell... as that's another issue where police don't seem to do much , they just give out a silly 'incident number'  .
I saw some satisfying videos on youtube of people taking matters into their own hands.... when it came to protecting their property.... against thieves and brainless crooks  .

I can't believe that the justice system would let someone like that back into society, when he has given someone permanent issues with their head.
Probably not the worst idea, as it's a punishment but it also keeps them away from the worst of the worst criminals, I like the idea personally.
And Vigilantism is going to increase when people feel like these people aren't going to face justice, so I'm not surprised that it's happening.
I'm also going to guess that the Vigilante stuff is a big ratings winner on YouTube.
