I think you're missing the tides of the sociology on this one - the things you're describing are part of what a large proportion of his voter base actively
likes about him, rather than a "can't even". They're part of his appeal to people who have spent their lives feeling underfoot and pathetic. "Heh heh heh that'll show 'em!" by-proxy lapped up by petty, frustrated middle-aged school children.
