No I think he is saying the country will be in such good shape that it wont matter who is in power, (and he wont be able to run at any rate ) so vote just this once

I think he's trying to dupe them into thinking they'll take full control, in reality though, yeah, because it's Trump, what he's actually thinking in his head is "if the POTUS isn't me I don't give a stuff who it is or which side they're on".

So long as he can get them to vote for them this time, it doesn't matter to him if they ever vote again. People talk about him wanting a dynasty and his offspring to take over...... I genuinely don't think that's Trump. I don't think he cares at all what happens to anyone once he's gone.
