There is an unfortunate perception in SOME predominantly-minority populations that Western women are promiscuous and an element of dehumanisation. That is definitely a part of the twisted psychology of these groups. And that's the thing that people have been afraid to address, which has compounded the problem massively.

Sadly though Zizu the simple fact is that the abuse of children and the abuse of teenage girls especially is rife all across the country. All across the world in fact. It happens so, so much more than most people would believe and in all forms, all demographics, all communities. You don't hear about 95% of it. The grooming gangs are not a unique case, as awful as it is to have to say that. There are men of every colour and creed abusing young girls. It's constant.
