She told Ali in the audio that she didn't care at all and laughed about it like what other people were saying was ****, that the screaming doesn't matter... it's a bit weird to see her more receptive to Hanah in this case. It would be in her interest not to listen to someone who just tells her what she wants to hear...

…I don’t actually think Lily has much confidence/self esteem because she responds so much to positivity…but not to criticism, so it’s difficult…

Yeah but the issue with that character flaw is it makes her very easy to manipulate... especially in this kind of show where it's so relationship-centric...

…absolutely, she’ll often ‘play to an audience’ I think and will see no wrong in those who praise her and she’ll place them on a pedestal….which is why she needs those who act in her interest around her…/…as oppose to those who need her as an ally…

I love her extroversion, even if it is a bit performative. She was my favorite, but because she's been absorbed by Ali's Death Star. Between that and the chronic screaming demon, there's not much we're seeing of her besides that now...
