Most of the Man Utd players are divas imo, and lazy ones too.
Not necessarily a marriage, more a family, a place to belong and feel wanted, where you're happy.

Same with any place of work. Some places, you don't enjoy it, so your effort to that job is innafective. Some jobs you feel at home and enjoy it and it brings the best out of you.

Top flight footballers don't need tactics, they just need to be in the right frame of mind. It's all in the head.

You modern football fans listen too much to the TV pundits, who are just there to talk nonsense for entertainment value.

I feel like it depends on the Footballer and Manager.

For example I doubt that Gerrard got on with every Liverpool Manager when he was a player, but he still always gave his very best for the club.

The same for Rooney at Man Utd.

Basically it comes down to professionalism imo, and it's something that the current Man Utd team just don't have.

No offense, but isn't it the TV Pundits that talk about the players "needing to be loved?"

No, they're just there because they're getting paid ridiculously money to sit on their backsides talking sh!te about football to any fool that will listen to them.

I talk sh!te about football for free, because I can't get paid for it.

Tbh both of us probably talk more sense than Jamie O'Hara or Agbonlahor.

Funny you mention Jamie O'Hara, because just yesterday I saw a video clip on YouTube of him chatting with Jason Cundy Chatting about Neville Southall. And O'Hara didn't have a clue as 90 odd percent of the comments in the comments section clarified.

Cundy said that Southall is one of the greatest British keepers ever. Which is a fact. He was the best goalkeeper the World at his peak. Not many British Goalkeepers have been that. And O'Hara was totally dismissive of him. He got totally owned in the comments section, mainly by Liverpool fans who know just how good big Neville was.

Even I know about him and I wasn't even born during his era.
