To me, this all happened because he couldn't have a puff. He had a lot of pent up vitriol that he just couldn't keep in check any longer so he let loose. None of what he said was probably true, he just basically disliked Sarah because she enjoyed a laugh with Marcello, and Dean didn't like others having a bit of fun

it may be true, but after the crap Dean has come out with recently and his obvious anger issues, he doesn't come across as being the most credible witness.
