She didn't think Thomas would ever nominate her, plus she fancies him and probably thought he got on with her. Lily will never realise how much she annoys people.

They can all say it's "patronising" in the house, but maybe if she acted like a grown up... they wouldn't have to keep reminding her to behave herself .
