Sure but that's just luck of the draw, if it was normal noms then that person could also have ended up evicted despite being very popular

People seem annoyed because they've opened it as a vote to win but that's very unusual with 9 housemates left

Regarding your first paragraph, that's exactly what happened on Friday, with two popular housemates going.

The closest we have to this is Emma's Head of House killer noms, where she could have picked any four to go. If she had picked the top four in the odds we'd have been in a similar position as we are now. The difference is the public would have known exactly what they were voting for.
