…I guess that it would depend on the child really, as well…for that age child, most UK schools would have agreed and signed that safety plan with the parents also signing, obviously…but this child was home schooled so no plan for their safety had been actioned…(…and they were walking by the side of a highway, I believe…)…for me, it’s one of those things of having to have a more complete story, I think…I would say that as the child(fren) ard home schooled that maybe the police and parent(s)….would draw up a safety plan for them for the future…
