And I definitely agree with you that it's always good to try out different genres of Music, as I personally was really elitist with my Music taste when I was younger, which I am trying to change that nowadays.
Hence ironically why I have become such a big fan of Ella Langley, because younger me would've snubbed her for singing Country Music.
Obviously though I get that we all have genres that we're less likely to enjoy, and I understand that Metal can be that genre for a lot of people.
As I'm getting older I'm starting to hate Rap lol, I still don't mind some of the old stuff like Eminem and 50 Cent (I won't mention the other ones name lol) but I can't stand some of the modern stuff in the genre.
Maybe GTA VI will get me back into it when it comes out.

…country music is something I’ve always kind of liked but it’s always been in the background a bit as well in that I haven’t really focused so much in it …but I seem to be more and more now…I think it was being introduced to Orville Peck that led me more to Country…I mean, it’s all about the voice more and he’s just so tremendous…
