sadly I think he is very hurt by how Ruth treated him while he was ill.....(in sickness and in health)and he is trying to get revenge, cant see this engagement going anywhere

I think she should have dumped him years ago if she had suspicions . Maybe she felt she needed to be with him for her career to flourish
