Fox hunting in the manner that some object to, is an old tradition - as are Halal and Kosher.
The fox population needs to be kept under control, but there's no need to do it in such a cruel way. People "need" to eat meat, but there's no excuse to slaughter them in such a cruel way.

Yeah I agree
There's a humane way, but chasing an animal to exhaustion and then it being ripped apart isn't.
I don't think we have such an issue in this country that foxes need killing anyway
