I need to try and watch it again, watched the first episode and really didnt catch my attention and in fact the setting in some strange white bungalow was a bit of a turn off.

…I don’t think that I’ve watched the NZ one …the Australian version is brutal/excellent, though…I like the presenter, the presenters always add so much to the show as well…Alan Cumming is great in the US one…

That doesn’t sound like the Australian version. They weren’t in a bungalow.
