Basically a group of intolerant lefty scumbags accuse him of being a nazi racist fascist scumbag..because he dared to film a public event I public. They harass and stop him going about his legal activity by prodding him with flags and flag sticks, the numbers becoming larger and larger as he tries to avoid them. He snaps after twenty minutes of this and grabs one of the flags to move it out his way, the flag stick snaps. The police move In instantly and threaten a law abiding citizen with arrest if he does not provide his name, all the time ignoring the lefties breaching the mans peace and the slandering of his person.The man refuses his name, as he has done nothing wrong, so they arrest him to obtain those details. He will make a civil claim, and win the case without it even going to court. So yes, the arrest was wrong and will be proven wrong by the civil law courts. Meanwhile, the real perpetrators are free to do whatever they want to passerby at future events if they dknt like the look of them. Sounds very very fascist to me.
