Yes and that's enough, too much being published in the mainstream ends up delaying and sometimes totally derailing the legal process - there's a reason there are restrictions on reporting like this. SoMed stuff even if fully accurate is essentially just people talking. Anything actually officially published prematurely will be latched onto by defense lawyers immediately.

There's no public safety issue, thus no need (at all) for the public to have more details other than satiating curiosity, with the possible cost being lesser justice.

If a violent person is "on the run" it would obviously be a completely different story but he's fully detained.
