I adored Diana for her warm and caring nature - and she was also fun loving and had a wicked sense of humour, but she was also troubled from an early age by her mother walking out on the family when she was about 6 yrs old. It is said she found true love with the heart surgeon Dr. Hasnot Khan, but after a 2 year romance, it ended. There are many theories as to why, but Khan has never revealed the reasons. Like a true gentleman, he won’t talk about their relationship.
We will always love Diana and remember the many good things about her because without her flaws, she wouldn't have been the mesmerising and interesting Diana we adored.
