it was done in Public.
That makes it a Crime.


A bloke grassed him up to the Police,
infact.
He is shown in the video

What do you get for burning a bible in public? The same that you'd get for burning a copy of The Very Hungry Caterpillar.... Nothing. This reminds me of the whole circus that surrounded a kid throwing a Koran on the floor... A panel of Muslims with a nodding copper saying how awful it was and baying for a kid to be punished in some way.

Judge Margaret McCormack: “The Quran is a sacred book to Muslims and treating it as
you did is going to cause extreme distress. This is a tolerant country, but we just do not
tolerate this behaviour.”

So the judge would also say this if it had been a Bible?

They should just be honest and say that burning the quran is akin to flying a kite during a thunderstorm.
