You really did go fully down the flat-earther vaccine denial route at some point eh.

All viable and reputable research shows that while vaccination wasn't as effective as hoped at fully halting the spread of Covid, it did (and still does) reduce the inflammatory immune response upon contracting Covid (meaning less severe illness, hospitalisation and death) and it reduced transmission rates.
