You cant ignore it is a factor, people no longer want to go into the office even a few days a week is not acceptable, there is ALOT of economic inactivity in the over 50s where covid reset peoples thinking about the 9 to 5, and as for young people they just dont want to work, and as soon as they cite mental health the benefits start flowing..
