Wearing the Poppy or not is a Political statement either way.

For most people anyway, you might get the odd person that just forgets to wear one due to stressful things being on their mind.

Well the fact that the Poppy's existence is largely owed to two World Wars is proof that it has political elements as to why someone would wear it in the first place.

Don't get me wrong I am not an anti-Poppy person, but there is political reasons as to why someone would choose to wear one, and like a lot of political messages there is a lot of societal pressure that you do have to wear one, otherwise you're the devil incarnate in some people's eyes.

I get that it's a message that you personally agree with (I personally have no issues with that,) but if an LGBT flag is political (which it is tbf) then how is the Poppy also not political?
