I definitely agree that "disharmony" is an off choice of word. Zero tolerance for full on disruption to the school, sure, and basic anti-social behaviour/failing to be civilised etc. but "do not cause disharmony" does sound a bit dystopian. In a sort of "just smile and nod and there won't be any trouble
" way.
