You do realise I'm commenting on a video of a rich nd powerful Palestinian who is saying in the video his voice is silenced, he is a child of a lesser god, he is downtrodden etc etc...

I heard his voice which he claims is silenced I can see he is succcesfull by the suit. So which part are you saying is fake, or FAKE, as you prefer to put it..

It's part of a wider pattern of there always being "some reason" that the attacks on Palestine are completely fine/valid. This is the reason "this time" -- but there's always a reason, isn't there? Always a "Well, actually..." to morally justify bombing another school or hospital. Never once a thought of "You know maybe this actually was a bit too much". There will always be a "reason" not to listen, a "reason" that it's fine, a "Oh yeah well woddabout October 7th???" in response to any criticism.

The western world gets a helll of a lot of "factual" stories out of the area, without a single western journalist being in the area!

I don't think "Hamas was using them as human shields" is justification for bombing civilians. That's the difference and something we'll never agree on. You think a kid blown to bits is " bit sad but ho-hum what can you do?" because the same bomb might have hit a terrorist or two.

The place has been levelled by bombs, more civilians being blown to pieces or starving every day, and the justification is STILL "there's some Hamas in there". This has been going on for years so the tactic clearly isn't very effective. "There's STILL Hamas in there".

Plus anyone with half an ounce of personal honesty will see it's fairly obvious that this is only half of the reason - the other half being that they want the land cleared (definition of this is genocide).

I don't believe either of them I just don't think there's any justification whatsoever for the scale of destruction and death of civilians that's currently occurring/occurred in Gaza. It's not about believing anyone's "side" - it's saying, there is no possible justification, it does not exist.

I'm not "speaking for you" I'm seeing with my own eyes that people are justifying the deaths of children and other innocent civilians as collateral damage (quite casually, zero real empathy). It probably comes from the (false, nonsensical, but ideologically comfortable) notion that Palestinian civilians are somehow complicit with the actions of Hamas / are "Hamas by proxy" (or maybe the children are "Tomorrow's Hamas so better to nip it in the bud). But no, most of them are just normal people, as is always the case in war, and they're being exterminated by an expansionist regime with the justification (flimsy, fake, just entirely dubious) excuse that it's "counter-terror measures because they're hiding amongst them".

Horrific.

But if you don't want to think about it and would prefer to dismiss my disgust as me being "just bored" because -- again -- it's easier for you to not actually engage with these uncomfortable thoughts then by all means go for it.
