Default Apology
For my stupidly and insanity the other night. I'd been up for like 40 hours, and drinking for 30 of them. I went to the dog racing in Hove Thurs night (will never go again), see a dog snap his spine, and that was the last straw for me, mentally. Got A LOT on my mind atm as it is, those close to me know about it. So yeah, some excuses for my behaviour, but not many. But at the end of the day, i am deeply sorry for my behaviour that day.

I really like this place. I have problems, and im not ashamed to admit them now.

Sooooo many members were concerned about me during, and after all that. What that shows is this place is full of fantastic, lovely caring people.

In one of my darkest nights and days, you ALL came to me caring, not judging. And trying to help me.

That meant so much to me, and i just wanna thank you all, you know who you are

Im not blaming dog racing, watching a dog's spine snap live just sent me over the edge that. I don't do coke either, have done, but find it over rated tbh.

But yeah fair enough.

This is a forum though, so i guess as a bigger picture, every single one of us get judged daily.
