How I love it when Patrick-Star (SpongeBob) goes smart. He should have more of those moments.

During a commemoration of the evacuation just days ago a "flotilla of little ships" marking the occasion was ordered by Border Force vessel and a French Navy ship to re-route for the safety of a dinghy full off illegal migrants heading for the UK.

They were babies. My son is five my daughter is 4. Neither if them have the emotional intelligence yet to know anything other than they're kids.

Do we have any health and fitness experts/ gurus around ??


I am trying to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water/ liquid daily after seeing many people advising same !!

But ….. then I saw this ..
