The honours system is pathetic. You're right, look at Savile.

You have all these useless politicians who've been knighted because they're mates with others in government. The whole thing stinks. Politicians and other figures who've damaged this country get called a Sir.

Then we have that very evil, useless plank Starmer. People are expected to grovel to him calling him a Sir. Never in a million years.

So Beckham joins that list of Sirs. Totally meaningless.
