I’ll catch up with the show later this evening. I’m off out now for another 26 mile hike to practice. I’m so tired today so need to pump myself up so just drank 3 coffees.

I cut my caffeine back substantially. God speed, Ben. It's way too hot and humid here for 26mi but I did get to do both our lawns before the next rain.
