I visited Coventry for work recently, and if he bothered to do any kind of reading about where he was going like I did, he would know all those shops are vacant because they're being bulldozed due to a £450 million redevelopment, not because the city is on the decline.

You can skip that part all it showed was a group of older looking immigrants hanging around 15 year old girls getting high on fake drugs, to the point of passing out...fast forward to get to the near death situation and the female police seargwnts response to a member of the public's concern.
