Why Japan prefers the leading lady to be between the ages of 10-17 years old in most of their Animes.

Adult characters in general are much better written imo, but Japan rarely uses them in Anime.

I think self doubt is normal for many people

I often felt that way but so many of my ex work colleagues keep in touch and arrange regular get togethers involving that it gives me constant reassurance …

The weight of atypical depression and borderline personality disorder (which I observe in various people), and how that can cause such interpersonal and intrapersonal rupture. “I’ll kill myself if you leave me” (a mentality that’s deeply embedded and encoded in and into Waterloo Road’s Lorna, especially in season 1) is heartbreaking. And I’ve got all the sympathy in the world for people like that.
