As someone who has had to help undig randomly poured concrete with no discernible form in order to rebury a long line of fence posts, I do not envy this job... I would probably joke with the hub about it possibly being a dinosaur egg and that we should give it a good power wash and paint fun patterns on it Yoshi style and just rebury it, call it done..
In all seriousness, I wouldn't want to deal with the expense of moving something that large. If I did post it on Nextdoor, I guarantee
someone will pick it up as either who has the right equipment for it (people own excavators here, nbd) or put up the expense

It's Texas and huge objects of all kinds to show off in your lawn are worth $$$... you see, in the city, it's not the size of your tiny garden that matters surrounding your modular house... it's the size of the giant rock you just spent money on only to nearly block your front door in some of the more affluent areas... (no joke)... it's a very urban hippie thing to do..
