I know it's a cultural thing, but "woo ha" usually means "vagina" in the US... so I had to think about it for a few seconds...

It has, but hard to discuss an incident where all the key details are being reported as hearsay and no one else wants to make the same mistake. Especially if the bits in the main article are true about them trying to get phones to check for footage...
