I just don't believe that any Footballer is worth £150 million.

Isaak is fresh off an excellent season and has 3 years remaining on his contract. It's not that he is actually worth 150m, it's that Newcastle are in a strong position to set a very high valuation to discourage other teams poaching him. Plenty of other teams have taken a similar approach in the past. The price will drop to about 50m in a couple of years time

it seems there is now an increase of chances that Sesko could be heading to Newcastle, rather than Man U
they haven't given up on him anyway, would also be much nicer if Amorim has his desired choice (Watkins) at Old Trafford, and i do think Watkins would fit in well there either, an easy goalscorer they desperately need since Hojlund ain't it |

Italian champion. Serie A player of the year. Idolised by one of football's most passionate fanbases. And now a Ballon d'Or nominee.
If the past year has been a dream for Scott McTominay he would not want to wake up. The 28-year-old Napoli and Scotland midfielder's place on the 30-man shortlist for the world's best player was confirmed 347 days after his last game for Manchester United. That was as a substitute. Away to Brighton. In a 2-1 defeat. But while his boyhood club United toiled to a 15th-place finish, McTominay was living the dream in Naples, after moving for a bargain £25.7m fee on 30 August. He finished the season with 12 league goals, Napoli won the league and McTominay was named Serie A's MVP (most valuable player). And like something from a film script, it was McTominay's spectacular scissor kick against Cagliari on the last day of the season that sent Napoli on their way to winning the title. A far cry from the player who would probably have been called solid but unspectacular at Manchester United. ![]() |

I admit that I was wrong about McTominay.

Thoughts on the England Lionesses keeper admitting to the media today that she used the dark arts to get a massive ( ultimately UNFAIR) advantage to win the Euros !?
Basically at the start of the penalties in the final the England keeper noticed the Spain keeper had put her drinks bottle near the goal … it had all the details of the England players penalty preferences so she lobbed it into the crowd behind the goals!! The Spain keeper was immediately confused even distraught and never recovered The England keeper had her opponent’s penalty preferences written on her arm !! I personally don’t like this revelation at all !! ::: Lioness hero Hannah Hampton has revealed the moment she sabotaged Spanish keeper Cata Coll during the Euros final penalty shootout. The 24-year-old said "I was trying so hard not to burst out laughing" when she saw the Spanish player's reaction. ::: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Last edited by Zizu; Yesterday at 04:35 PM. |
