What is clear is that alot of unnecessary force was used, that said he was on a train with women and kids and he was not exactly amenable, we weren't there so we don't really know whats been said or done as it unfolds.

He’s been detained under the mental health act so it is what it is. He doesn’t have to be in the throes of delirious mania with a rapid flight-of-ideas jumble of incoherence to probably not be in quite his right mind. Did you know that?
