Plus neither you or I were able to see all the evidence presented in her case.

Deleting it after putting it out in the public domain is all well and good but does NOT alter that she premeditated doing the tweet and voluntarily posted it.
With it's despicable content.

No way would she get any sympathy from me for her hateful and vile personal prejudiced thinking.
I don't have any particular sympathy for her, but that's not needed to think her arrest was unneeded ... especially as it allowed her to become a martyr to some.

Well definitely I'll agree with you that she is now looking like a martyr to some.
Which actually to me is really nauseating.

She never considered her family one bit when she planned and typed then posted her grossly despicable prejudiced tweet.

In my view she got what she deserved.
Her thinking was more likely her real thinking in that tweet and I detest prejudice.
However yes, it's astounding anyone can see her as a martyr as you've rightly pointed is what she's become to some who possibly think like she does too.
Who knows.

What she really is however, is a criminal, now with a criminal record.
Which in my own opinion, is the right outcome all round for her vile prejudice.
