If they wanted the baby to be Den's, wouldn't they have just had her give birth in 2005 during yesterday's flashbacks? They chose 2006 for a reason. Den was dead by mid-February, there's no way for it to be his baby and if they wanted it to be they would have had 2005 show on screen yesterday?
Also, Joel is at school. If he was Zoe's baby, he would be 19 and wouldn't be allowed to attend school.
