Right so her conveyencers could only advise on what they had been told and she clearly never mentioned a Trust, which just in case anyone is wondering as well as protecting her son, also protects him from inheritance tax....one rule...etc etc...it's quiet something that she was prepared to thrash a company in order to save herself, they had to come out fighting or they could have gone under
