Thanks, guys, for your replies.
Just to give you an update here. My auNtie rang the DWP this morning and they said the letter must be a mistake because they haven't decided her case yet.  WTF. Seems they managed to attach her name and address to a letter meant for someone else. It hardly puts faith in the system!! WHAT A FARCE. |
