A Biden appointed FCC commissioner railed against Trump rather than the chair because I guess it's assumed he was speaking through the him about all the things they might do. I thought that was ****ing hilarious and it's about right for our cowboy institutions to break down while attempting a cohesive message.

I think at least in part Trump acts as he does because he really misunderstands how our system is designed. You can see that with many of the assumptions he makes about his own progress and the general lack of patience. Every once in a while he'll realize some grand intent behind something and why certain things about our system are done the way they are and he reexplains that to the public like it's brand new information. It's funny.

A lot of our politicians have that issue as the average IQ continues to drop. That's probably why some older people don't retire... it's too easy.
